The antidepressant Serzone (nefazodone) is both a selective
serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) and a tricyclic. SSRIs treat depression
by blocking the reabsorption of serotonin, while tricyclics treat depression
by blocking the reabsorption of norepinephrine and serotonin.

interfere with daily functioning. Possible symptoms include changes in
appetite, weight, sleep habits, and mind/body coordination, increased
fatigue, feelings of guilt or worthlessness, difficulty concentrating,
slowed thinking, and suicidal thoughts.
